Keen to join our team? 😎

Duties and responsibilities:
📌Primarily focussed on administrative duties
📌Preparation of client budgets and periodically reviewing with design team and clients
📌Continuously update design team with status of ordered items to accurately plan for installations
📌Procurement, invoicing, quote formulation
📌Supplier liaison

Requirements:
✅Must have interior design / interior merchandise management experience
✅Fully computer literate
✅Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Including Excel, Word and Outlook
✅Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
✅Excellent communication skills
✅Excellent at client service and client-centric attitude
✅Team player - willingness to make a positive contribution to the team – assisting with various tasks as required
✅Energetic and self-motivated
✅Own car and valid drivers licence
✅Ability to work under pressure
