Our Design Process
1 / Briefing
This step usually involves coffee! Here we get to know you – who you are, how you live and what you envision for the space. We also talk about your budget and timeline.
2 / Design Fee Quotation
After carefully assessing our clients' needs we provide a design fee quotation tailored to their specific project. Once full payment is received, we move forward into the next phase of the process
3 / Space Assessment
We measure the space, if you don’t have any floor plans, and take photos of each room. The architectural details are taken into consideration when creating the new design.
4 / Floor Plans
One of the cornerstones of creating a functional space is having an efficient furniture layout with appropriately scaled furniture.
5 / Design Concept
The colour scheme and overall design concept is created. A presentation book is put together to form your design pack.
6 / Quotation
Once the proposed design concept is approved, we do a detailed quotation and cost analysis.
7 / Procurement, Project Management & Installation
We place orders and coordinate any contract work that needs to be done before the furniture is delivered. Walls are painted, light fixtures are installed, and curtains are hung. The project is completed and finishing touches are added – accessorizing the space, hanging paintings and mirrors, and styling personal items.
